SHIELA MESSICK

Shiela is a fourth generation resident of the Yuba Sutter area, and has many years of experience in the Real Estate profession.  She knows the area, the people, and the many amenities and services available in the community.  Her family have farmed in the area throughout these generations so it's no surprise that, in addition to representing some of the finest homes, she also has expertise in agricultural sales.

Shiela was first licensed in 1969 and has been a Broker since 1988.  She is a graduate of the University of California at Davis, has served as President of the Sutter Yuba Association of Realtors, and has been involved in community activities such as Little League, 4-H, and high school Booster Clubs.  Shiela and her husband, Chuck, are members of the Yuba City Nazarene Church.  She is a Past President of Peach Tree Golf and Country Club where she enjoys playing golf whenever she has any leisure time.   The Messicks enjoy time with their extensive family.  They have five adult children and sixteen grandchildren so holidays are full of fun and laughter.

Shiela enjoys a large referral business because her past clients say she gives individual attention to each transaction, from start to finish.  She has been called a "problem solver" and she loves to counsel clients about the local market so they can make informed decisions about their sales and purchases.  Buying a home is one of the largest decisions one can make and clients need to know all about the neighborhood, the market values, and the trends.  She loves the Real Estate business and is very grateful to all her clients for entrusting her with their important transactions.  This is a lady who really lives the slogan, "my customer comes first".
